INGREDIENTS

1 c Salad Shrimp; Cooked
1 c Crab Or Flaked Mock Crab
1/2 c Celery; Chopped
1/4 c Pimento; Chopped
2 tb Onion; Minced
1 c Green Peas; Thawed
1/2 c Thousand Island Salad Dressing; Reduced Fat
1 ts Lemon Juice
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Marjoram
1/4 c Plain Nonfat Yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine shrimp, crab, celery, pimento, onion and pepper in a serving bowl.
In shaker container, mix salad dressing, lemon juice, pepper, marjoram and
yogurt. Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve. Yield 4 servings (1 cup).
