INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Sliced green onions
3 tb Seafood cocktail sauce
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
12 oz Shrimp, crabmeat, or imitation crabmeat
1 cn (10 1/2 oz.) asparagus cuts and tips, drained and chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first four ingredients. Fold in shrimp and asparagus; chill.
Serve with crackers as an appetizer, or with lettuce and tomato for a
festive salad. Serves 4-6.
