INGREDIENTS

1 Steak (we use porterhouse-which comes to about 2 pounds)
3 tb Flour
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1 sm Onion; chopped
1 cn (3-4 oz) sliced mushrooms; undrained
3 tb Water
1 Envelope (1-oz) dry onion soup mix (we use mrs. grass)
1 pt Sour cream
Hot cooked wide egg noodles

Hi everyone!! This recipe is a great dinner for those busy nights!!
Slice the steak diagonally into strips; dredge in flour. Brown the pieces
in the butter in a large skillet. Add the onion and mushrooms with the
liquid from the mushrooms. Stir in the soup mix. Bring to a boil, reduce
the heat and add the sour cream. Cook, until thoroughly heated--about 15-20
minutes and serve over the noodles.
