INSTRUCTIONS
HEAT oven to 375 degrees. Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Line pan
with tortillas, bringing edges of tortillas up even with edges of pan. Cook
ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet, stirring frequently, until beef
is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix (dry) and tomato sauce. Spoon beef
mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.
BEAT milk, eggs and baking mix in blender on high speed about 15 seconds,
or with wire whisk or hand beater about 1 minute, until smooth. Pour over
beef mixture.
BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with chopped tomato, shredded lettuce
and sour cream if desired. 8 servings.
