| 1 | cn | Cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | cn | Mushrooms (4-oz) |
| 1 | pt | Sour cream |
| 1 | pk | Cream cheese, softened, 3-oz |
INSTRUCTIONS
Layer beef in large buttered casserole. Wrap a slice of bacon around each breast. Place in casserole. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese and mushrooms thoroughly. Pour over chicken, spreading evenly. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees F for 2-1/2 hours. Take off cover the last 30 minutes. Serve over rice. Recipe courtesy of Karen Hosey, Cutoff, LA. (my cuz).
