INGREDIENTS

1 pk Rice-A-Roni Fried Rice, prepared & cooled
6 Egg Substitute, Liquid
1 tb Soy Sauce
1 ds Pepper
1 15 Oz Can Bean Sprouts, drained
1/4 c Green Onion, sliced
2 tb Soy Sauce
2 tb Cornstarch
2 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

SAUCE
Beat together eggs, soy sauce and pepper. Add rest of ingredients. Drop by
1/3 c. on greased surface and brown on each side. Prepare sauce: Mix soy
sauce and cornstarch. Add water slowly and cook until thick.
