INGREDIENTS

3 Eggs
1/2 c Oil
2 tb Sugar
1 c Sifted flour
1/4 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Then beat in remaining ingredients, until
very smooth . Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet about
3-inches apart. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired. Bake at 325*F for 15 to
