Ingredients: 4 c Skim milk; 1 c Egg beaters; 1/4 c Sugar or; 6 pk Equal; 1/2 c Pudding mix; instant vanilla or; 3 tb Sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix; 2 ts Vanilla extract; 1/2 ts Ground nutmeg

We must not be troubled by unbelievers when they say that this promise of rewards makes the Christian's life a mercenary affair. There are different kinds of reward. There is the reward which has no natural connection with things you do to earn it, and is quite foreign to the desires that ought to accompany those things. Money is not the natural reward of love; that is why we call a man mercenary if he marries a woman for the sake of her money. But marriage is the proper reward for a real lover, and he is not mercenary for desiring it… The proper rewards are not simply tacked on to the activity for which they are given, but are the activity itself in consummation.

INGREDIENTS

4	c	Skim milk

2	ts	Vanilla extract
1/2	ts	Ground nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all of the ingredients in a blender -- I used 1 1/2 t vanilla 1/2 t
rum extract and 1/2 t brandy extract), and blend for 30-60 seconds, or
until smooth. Chill for several hours. Shake or stir eggnog well to blend
before serving. Serve in glasses or mugs with an additional sprinkle of
nutmeg.
NOTES : I just made some today and it is the best lowfat eggnog I have ever
had - it is even thick! This rich-tasting version has none of the fat of
regular eggnog.
