INSTRUCTIONS
In oil, stir fry onions with beef. Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Add beans,
cabbage , carrots, soy sauce and accent, cook 5 minutes. Cool. Wrap 3
tablespoons of filling in each wrapper, shape as envelope using a
cornstarch/water mix to help seal wrapper shut. Deep fry in hot oil until
brown. Drain on paper towels.
