1 pk Nasoya firm tofu
1 c Mayonnaise; (or to taste)
3 Minced scallions
1 md Carrot; grated
1 Celery stalk; minced
1/3 Sunflower seeds
Salt to taste
Tamari sauce to taste
Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

from Nasoya
Cut tofu into dice sized bits. Add other ingredients, except the "to taste"
ones, and mix gently. Add remaining ingredients and mix once again.
I recommend letting this chill well before serving.
