INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Brandy
1 1/2 tb Dark rum
1 tb Brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 ts Instant espresso powder or instant coffee powder
2 c Purchased lowfat eggnog
1/4 c Frozen dessert topping
1/8 ts Ground nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher until sugar and espresso powder
dissolve.  Stir in eggnog.  Cover and refrigerate.  (Can be prepared 1 day
ahead.  Serve in cups with a dollop of topping, and sprinkle with a dash of
nutmeg.
