INSTRUCTIONS
1. Soak dried mushrooms.
2. Mince or grind pork. Mince scallion, ginger and soaked mushrooms;
combine with pork.
3. Blend in remaining ingredients. VARIATION: For the dried black
mushrooms, substitute 10 water chestnuts.
