INGREDIENTS

1 Eggplant
1 ts Oil
1 sm Onion
1 sm Green pepper
1 tb Vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Bake eggplant until tender. After it has cooled, remove the insides and
chop with green pepper and onion. Add remaining ingredients.
