INGREDIENTS

2 Thin slices Eggplant, 50gm
2 t Butter, 10gm
1/4 c Canned tomatoes, 50 gm
1/2 t Chives, chopped 2gm
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown the eggplant in butter.  Add salt and pepper.  Heat tomatoes in
a separate pan and pour over eggplant.  Sprinkle with chopped chives.
