INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 | c | Sour cream |
1/4 | c | Butter |
Parmesian cheese, grated | ||
1/2 | c | Dry bread crumbs |
6 | Eggs |
INSTRUCTIONS
In shallow casserole put half the crumbs, 1 1/2 c sour cream, and half the butter. Slide raw eggs into this. Cover with remainder of ingredients and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesian cheese.
