Ingredients: 1 Skillet of chopped onions; 2 cn Tomatoes; sm Amount of oil; 18 Hard boiled eggs; 1 cn Green chile peppers; Salt & pepper to taste; Grated cheese; sm Amount of bell pepper; chopped

INGREDIENTS

1		Skillet of chopped onions
2	cn	Tomatoes
	sm	Amount of oil
18		Hard boiled eggs
1	cn	Green chile peppers
		Salt & pepper to taste
		Grated cheese
	sm	Amount of bell pepper; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown onions in oil; add bell pepper and then tomatoes. Cook until soft.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Slice eggs. In a baking dish, put a
layer of sauce; a layer of eggs. Altemate until dish is full. Cover with
grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven. Serves 6.
