Salt and pepper; to taste

Fresh spinach
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Clean and drain spinach. Put oil in saucepan;
when hot, add spinach. Cover and cook until tender. Add salt and pepper.
Arrange spinach in 4 individual oven proof dishes. Break 1 egg over each
and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese on each. Bake about 3 minutes until egg
white is firm but soft.
