INGREDIENTS

2 Garlic, peeled and crushed
1 t Tarragon
1 t Marjoram
1 t Powdered Mustard
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1/2 c Olive Oil
4 T Red Wine Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake all ingredients in a small jar with a tight fitting lid. Let
stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour. The longer the better.
Shake again and use to dress any crisp green salad.  Hint: ~----  Store
in jar and refrigerate 4-5 days. Always shake before using.  Typed for
