Break Toblerone into triangular pieces and melt in cream in fondue
pot, stirring frequently until chocolate is melted. Add liqueur and
stir well. (For a thinner fondue, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cream).
Variation: Use two 3-oz. bars Toblerone milk chocolate and one 3-oz.
bar Toblerone bittersweet chocolate for a semisweet chocolate fondue.
Dippers: Assorted fruit pieces - firm bananas, tart apples,
raspberries, strawberries, pears; cubes of cream cheese; cubes of
angel or sponge cake; marshmallows. This is a fun party dessert...you
will need fondue forks. I use a teflon lined small casserole for my
fondue pot and keep it warm on a Salton Hot Tray. REC.FOOD.RECIPES
