INGREDIENTS

| 1 | Onion — grated | |
| 1/3 | c | Chopped fresh parsley |
| 5 | Eggs — well beaten | |
| Salt, pepper and garlic salt | ||
| To taste | ||
| (6 1/2 oz) marinated |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook spinach according to package directions, drain. Chop artichokes and put in bottom of 2 quart dish with marinade. Mix everything else together except for 1/2 cup cheese and put in dish over artichokes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
