Bell's Seasoning (up to 1/2) |

Egg, well-beaten |
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop onion fine. Cook in butter until soft but not brown. Add bread crumbs,
water, celery, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Mix well. Add beaten
egg. if not moist enough, add more water or melted butter. Enough for 12-15
lb. turkey.
