Pear halves in light syrup, (1 can) drained
Vegetable cooking spray

Margarine

Chinese plum sauce

Orange marmalade
INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle pepper over cut sides of pear halves; set aside.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; melt margarine in skillet
over medium heat. Arrange pear halves, cut sides down, in skillet; cook 5
minutes or until golden.
Add plum sauce and marmalade; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated,
stirring gently to coat pears. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 2 pear
halves).
Per serving: 137 Calories; 2g Fat (14% calories from fat); 0g Protein; 31g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 37mg Sodium
