INSTRUCTIONS
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add enchilada sauce and sauce can
of water. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
Dip tortillas in juice in skillet. Put a heaping tablespoon ground beef
mixture and grated cheese in tortilla. Roll and put open-edge down in
casserole dish. Pour remaining hamburger mixture and juice over enchiladas.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with
shredded lettuce, avacado slices and picante sauce on top, if desired.
