INSTRUCTIONS
Brown beef, drain off excess fat. Add sauce, spices & water; simmer several
hours until thick & smooth. Heat fat (bacon grease adds good flavor); dip
tortilla in fat until soft. Layer tortilla, sauce, lettuce, cheese & onion
(make stacks 3 or 4 high). Top with fried egg if desired. Makes 3-4
servings.
