INGREDIENTS

1 c Chopped cucumbers
1 c Chopped green peppers
1 c Chopped cabbage
1 c Chopped onion
1 c Green tomatoes, chopped
1 c Chopped carrots
1 c Chopped celery
2 c Vinegar
2 c Sugar
2 ts Turmeric
2 ts Mustard seed
1 ts Celery seed

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak cucumbers and tomatoes in salt water while grinding the rest. Drain.
Mix everything and boil for 20 minutes. Fill clean, sterile bottles and
seal.
