Select loaf size. Add ingredients to machine according to
manufacturer's directions. Per serving: 75 calories, 2 g protein, 14 g
carbohydrate, 1 g total fat (0 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 104 mg
sodium, 108 mg potassium. Nutritional calculations based on 16
servings per one lb loaf. This is the recipe for the 1 1/2 lb loaf.
