INSTRUCTIONS
English Muffin Bread (I've made this for many overnight guests for
breakfast it's wonderful. Just start the timer and in the morning, bread
pops out!)
Medium Loaf: 1 - 1 1/2 C water
1 1/4 tsp sugar
2/3 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 c bread flour
2 T nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tsp yeast
