English Muffins With Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 c Milk
1/2 c Coarsely grated sharp
Cheddar
1 1/2 T Each of flour & butter to
Form a roux
Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
2 t Dry sherry
Tabasco
2 Muffins, split & toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat milk in pan. Stir in cheese & thicken with roux. Stir mixture
over medium heat until thick. Add remaining seasonings to taste.  Serve
