1 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Over medium high heat in a heavy sauce pan, cook:
Cook 5 - 7 minutes until a medium nut brown color. Don't burn! Pour into a
9X9 foil lined pan and spread with melted milk chocolate.
