Recipe By : Philips Mushroom Farm
Wash & dry spinach; tear into bite sized pcs. Place in salad bowl. Add
toasted almonds and mandarin oranges and toss well. Ligthly wash mushrooms
and cut off ends where stems start to separate. Spread mushrooms over top
of salad.
Blend together the dressing ingredients. Adjust to taste. Pour over salad
and serve.
