California Salad 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

3 Ripe avocados
1 c Casera sauce
4 lg Lettuce leaves
Fried tortilla chips

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Peel the avocados & remove the seeds. Mash the flesh in a non-metallic
bowl & gradually work in the Casera Sauce.
2. Mound the guacamole on  lettuce leaves on four serving plates & serve w/
tortilla chips. Make this w/ spicy Casera Sauce. Be sure to use very ripe
California avocados.
