INGREDIENTS

1 Head lettuce; shredded
2 Oranges; peel & thickly slice
1 Cucumber; unpeeled,thin slices
1 Onion; cut in rings
1 Poblano pepper; cut in rings
3 tb Sesame oil
1 tb Wine vinegar
1/4 ts Sea salt
1/4 ts Cilantro
1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 ts Cumin seed
1 tb Chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR DRESSING
1. Arrange the salad ingredients in a salad bowl.
2. Put all dressing ingredients into a bottle and shake them well. Pour the
dressing over the salad just before serving.
