INGREDIENTS

2 c Fine Ritz crumbs
6 tb Margarine — melted
1 c Evaporated milk
2 Eggs — beaten
16 oz Can creamed corn

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter and mix with crumbs.  Beat eggs until frothy.  Add milk and
corn to eggs.  Salt and pepper as desired.  Add 2/3 of crumbs  Pour into a
shallow baking dish (approximately 8x11 inches).  Sprinkle remaining crumbs
over top.  Bake at 350 for 25 to 40 minutes.  Top should be lightly browned
and middle should be set.
