INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Margarine or butter, melted
1/4 lb Ritz crackers, crushed
lightly
1 lb Oysters, shuckeddrained
liquid reserved
1/4 c Milk
Salt and pepper taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Butter a 1 quart ccasserole dish Mix oleo or butter with crackers
until well distributed Place 1/2 of cracker mix into casserole.  Spread
oysters over crackers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper , and  pour milk
and 1/4 cup oyster liquid over all. Sprinkle with remaining  cracker
mixture. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.  Recipe by: Millersville
