Eggs, Grains Brownies 24 Servings

INGREDIENTS

550 g Plain chocolate; (1 1/2 lb)
225 Butter; (8 oz)
3 Eggs
2 tb Freshly made strong coffee
225 g Caster sugar; (8 oz)
75 g Flour; (3 oz)
1/2 ts Salt
175 g Walnuts; (6 oz), chopped
1 ts Vanilla essence

INSTRUCTIONS

Method.
1) Grease and line a baking tin - 22 x 29.5 cm by
19 x  26.5 cm. Pre-heat oven to 190*C (375*F), gas mark 5
2) chop up half the chocolate and melt the other half with the butter
3) Mix the eggs, coffee and sugar together in a large bowl, then beat in
the melted chocolate. Fold in the flour, salt, walnuts, vanilla, and
chopped chocolate and pour into tin
4)Bake for 45 min or until just firm to centre. Recipe by Good Housekeeping
