INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Bread crumbs
1/2 c Milk
1 md Egg; beaten
1 ts Salt
1/4 c Parsley; chopped
1/4 ts Fennel seed; or to taste
1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Basil
1/2 c Onions; chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced
3 tb Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat over to 350F Mix everthing except onion, garlic, and butter. Saute
these til golden brown then add to meat mixture. Shape into loaf, put a
little chili sauce or catsup on the top with a slice or two of bacon.and
Bake one hour.
Per serving: 358 Calories; 28g Fat (70% calories from fat); 16g Protein;
10g Carbohydrate; 113mg Cholesterol; 573mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Great cold for sandwiches
