6 Idaho potatoes, washed
scrubbed sliced thin
2 c Gruyere cheese, grated
6 Garlic, minced
S&p
1 1/2 c Light cream
2/3 c Parmesan, grated

INSTRUCTIONS

Oven at 350.  Grease a 9x13" baking pan with 1 T butter. Arrange: 1/3
the potatoes,  1/2 the cheese, 1/2 the garlic, season to taste. Repeat,
ending with  potatoes. Pour cream over, sprinkle with Parmesan, dot
