INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange fillets side by side on long chilled platter. Make diagonal
cuts 1/2 inch apart through both fillets. Spread sour cream in a
circle around fillets. On border of platter, alternate mounds of
chopped egg white, egg yolk, cucumbers, beets, and parsley. MM and
