INSTRUCTIONS
TOPPING
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, "sifting" through with very clean
fingers. Don't overwork it - or the meat gets tough. Sort of form it, then
carefully place into the crockpot. Cover and cok on low for 5 to 6 hours.
Combine the sauce ingredients and then pour over the meat. Cover and cook
on high for 15 minutes longer. Remove, slice, and serve. I always make
extra topping, heat it up a little in the microwave, and serve on the side.
I tell ya...you could just drink that topping!
