Half breasts of chicken; boned (but don't remove the skins (about 1/2 pound each, Before Boning) |

INSTRUCTIONS
Place chicken skin side down on board, and sprinkle with onion salt Pound
out lightly, being careful not to break the meat. Place a strip of ham on
each, then roll up to enclose the ham and tie with string. Place chicken
breasts in a 2 quart oblong baking dish. Combine orange juice, liqueur,
lemon juice and orange peel. Pour over chicken. Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at medium high (70%) until chicken is tender, 12 to 14 minutes,
spooning sauce over chicken after half the cooking time. Remove chicken and
keep warm. Microwave sauce at high (100%) 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Remove string
from chicken. Pour sauce over and serve. Makes 4 servings.
