INGREDIENTS

| 1/2 | c | Shortening |

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine butter, shortening and sugar, creaming until light and fluffy; add vanilla. Work in flour and coconut gradually until well blended. Form 2 rolls; chill in refrigerator overnight.
