INGREDIENTS

| 1 | oz | Concentrated orange juice |
| 1/2 | oz | Fresh orange juice |
| 1/2 | oz | Banana Rum |
| Vanilla ice cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and slice banana lengthwise. In a copper pot, heta the concentrated and fresh orange juice. Add to bananas. Pour orange juice and banana rum over banana and ignite. Serve with icecream.
