INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | c | Semisweet chocolate chips |
| 1 | oz | Unsweetened chocolate |
| 3 | tb | Butter |
| 1 | c | Confectioner's sugar |
| 1 | cn | (5 oz) evaporated milk |
| 1/2 | ts | Vanilla extract |
| Ice cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on medium-high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in the sugar, milk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Microwave, uncovered, on medium for 5-6 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over ice cream.
