INSTRUCTIONS

Add flour to skim milk; beat or stir until smooth.
Place broth or drippings and onion in saucepan; heat
to boiling. Add flour-milk mixture to broth very
slowly, stirring constantly; season to taste. Reduce
heat; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Yield: 1
