Hurley Braden asked for some really cool fat-free hot hot hot recipes.
How's this one: Cut the eggplant into bite sized pieces. Shake it in a
plastic bag with the spices until the eggplant is coated with the spices.
"Saute" in the water or broth until soft (about 10 minutes).
