I also offer a new oven fries recipe. Y'all may remember a couple of weeks
ago, I was mentioning I had bought a commercial shake 'n' bake mix for
potatoes but wanted to make my own. I measured the amount they used (1/3 C)
& wrote down their directions, put together a few spices, & here it is:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray Pam on cookie sheet. Rinse 5 medium
potatoes & cut into 1-inch cubes (about 3-1/2 cups), peeled or unpeeled.
Place in a bag. Put 1/3 C of seasoning & shake. Bake for 40 minutes. Do not
turn.
