<[email protected]> I also offer a new oven fries recipe.
Y'all may remember a couple of weeks ago, I was mentioning I had
bought a commercial shake 'n' bake mix for potatoes but wanted to make
my own. I measured the amount they used (1/3 C) & wrote down their
directions, put together a few spices, & here it is: Preheat oven to
400 degrees and spray Pam on cookie sheet. Rinse 5 medium potatoes &
cut into 1-inch cubes (about 3-1/2 cups), peeled or unpeeled. Place in
a bag. Put 1/3 C of seasoning & shake. Bake for 40 minutes. Do not
turn. FATFREE DIGEST V96 #63 From the Fatfree Vegetarian recipe list.
