INSTRUCTIONS
Bring water & oil to a boil & add flour, making a paste. Beat paste in
electric mixer & add eggs, one at a time, until thoroughly mixed. Drop
dough by tablespoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes at
400. Reduce heat to 325 & bake 30 minutes more or until lightly browned on
top. After cooking, fill with your favorite cream filling & sprinkle with
powdered sugar. Makes 10-12 puffs.
