We’re Christians, yes. But we also want to have our part of the world. We must have our slice of the action. Favorite Sweet Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS

4 c Hot Sweet Potatoes; mashed
1/2 Margarine
1/4 c Orange Juice
1/2 ts Salt
Miniature Marshmallows

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine hot mashed potatoes, margarine , orange juice and salt. Whip in one
cup miniature marshmallows. Place in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350°
for 20 minutes. Top with additional marshmallows. Return to oven until
marshmallows are lightly browned.
Serves 6 - 8
