INSTRUCTIONS
A dumpling recipe from a friend's mother.
Sift dry ingredients together. Add beaten egg, butter and enough milk to
make a moist, stiff batter. Roll out as thin as possible. Drop in boiling
broth. Cook for about 18 minutes or until done. Make sure broth continues
